Bantam and Midget Players Spring Training

Bantam and Midget Players Spring Training

Now that the regular season is coming to a close it is imperative that you continue to train hard over the spring in order to maintain your accomplished fitness level and for most of you being prepared for that Next Level of your hockey development.
You cannot come into next season in the shape and condition that many of you came this year. It takes months to build your endurance and to re gain the skill set you developed. In fact to reach the level that is demanded in   Midget hockey we have to be stronger faster and more hockey intelligent than ever before.  For those who watch college hockey you witness  the games are much quicker. The hits are that much harder. The fore-check that more aggressive. The intensity and over all level is so heightened. We can help get you there.
Many of you have asked if we will  provide heightened training over the Spring in addition to the Spring league.  The answer is a resounding YES. Starting in one week. March 10th we will train on ice 2 days a week. Tue Wed or Thursday.  Training times TBD but most likely noon – 1:30 pm to 2:45 pm on ice. Players will also get off ice training from 3:15 pm – 4:00 pm
We intend to help you prepare for the Next level. The job requires you to continue to be more determined dedicated and focused The Next Level of midgets is an extremely competitive environment that you will be joining and you cannot allow the down time to cause you to be behind on a step.
Coaches will be our Junior Coaches. Frankie Scarpaci and Jason Bloomingburg
The cost is $250 per month. There is no proration for 1, 2 or 3 weeks.  For the month of March for example you will still get in 4 weeks of training.   We are indeed excited to be able to offer this opportunity to you at such a very affordable price.
